I kindly ask that you give me a 24 hour notice in the event you must cancel and/or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to contact guests on a waiting list that may be able to fill the spot. Last minute cancellation/rescheduling will result in a $25 rebooking fee in order to rebook another appointment. Clients that NO SHOW for their scheduled appointment will be required to pay a $50 no-show fee in order to re-book another appointment. Clients that NO SHOW more than once for scheduled appointments will not be allowed to book another appointment. Just in case you may be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. This allows me to make any arrangements to ensure other appointments are not affected. If you are more than 15 minutes late, there will be a $20 fee added to the total service.
